Now, in market, there are a lot of 7 inch or 8 inch tablet pc with Windows OS, but that is only for entertainment, for office purpose, the screen size is too small, people are still prefer 10 inch or above. This morning, there is one new Ployer tablet pc available in market. That is the Ployer Momo10W. It is one tablet with Windows OS, and screen size is 10.1 inch. Its price is also quite cheap, only 125 euros.

This Momo10W adopts one 10.1 inch IPS screen, resolution is 1280*800 pixels. CPU is the Intel Z3735F quad core processor. RAM is 2GB, flash memory is 32GB. It runs the Windows 8.1 OS. Front camera is 2M pixels and rear camera is 5M pixels. Battery capacity is 8200Mah.

Though, this unit is already shown in the market, but all the resellers don't have stock. So it should not be available now. As news from Ontablets, it will be available next month, so please follow up our further report about it.

Latest research shows that in US, iPhone and iPad users are younger than Android users.

Research tells, in 18-34 year old men, iPhone users take about 43%, and smart phone android users take about 39%. Tablet is also quite similar. In 18-34 year old men, iPad users take about 38%, and tablet android users take about 34%.

Most people using iPad or tablet android is 55 years old or above. Compared with iPad, more old men use tablet android. 45 year old or above has taken over half of android users. Totally, speaking, iPad users are still younger than tablet android users.

As young people can accept new stuff easily than old men, they would like to pay for good stuff. One report from Ontablets shows Apple is more welcome in US market, over 70% of youth said they would choose iPhone again if they want to change their smart phones.

Moto 360 is the most welcome smart watch in the market. It also comes with heart beating monitor function, but its battery life is only 1 day.

So maybe this new smart watch will be the beginning of smart watch with long battery life.

Recently, Samsung launched its new generation octa core processor, Exynos 7 Octa. Compared with the last generation Exynos 5 Octa, the performance is enhanced by 57%

Samsung Exynos 7 Octa adopts four Cortex A53 and four Cortex A57 and big.LITTLE framework. Its process technology is 20nm HKMG. It can support 2560*1440 and 2560*1600 pixels resolution. Furthermore, it can decode H.265 and UHD video playback. Regarding the GPU, it adopts the Mali-T 760. It makes its performance 74% higher than the last generation.

All the octa core can run in same time, and as it adopts the MIC compress technology, the power consumption is also very low.

It can support dual cameras, front one can be 5M pixels at max, and rear one can be 16M pixels. Except, both camera can make record at same time.

Usually, Samsung will adopts the latest processor on its own unit, so this Exynos 7 Octa will mostly like to available in Galaxy S6 which will be available next year.

News from Ontablets, HP has launched a cheap tablet in India, model number is HP 7 VoiceTab. The price is only 178 US dollars.

Compared with other HP tablets, this VoiceTab is quite cheap. This HP 7 VoiceTab comes with one 6.95 inch IPS screen, resolution is 1024*600 pixels. So its definition is not high. CPU is the MTK8382 processor, frequency is 1.3GHz. GPU is the Mali 400. The operation system is Android 4.4. There is 1GB RAM and 8GB flash memory. There are dual cameras built in. Front camera is 0.3M pixels and rear camera is 5M pixels. Battery capacity is 3000Mah.

Till now, it is not available for sale in India, so we can not know how good it works, but from the above information, this unit is not bad. For some people have lower demand, it is still quite a good unit. But the price is still a bit high.

Sony has already sold its Vaio PC department already. But in market, Vaio is still well known and welcome in market. Recently, in the Adobe Max 2014 conference, we have seen on Vaio tablet pc, good as Surface Pro 3.

Though, there is a lot of negative news about Surface Pro 3 after it is available, but till now, it is still the most welcome unit in market. Its performance is high. This Vaio is just similar Surface Pro 3. This unit owns one 12.3 inch screen. Resolution is 2560*1704 pixels. It covers 95% of Adobe RGB color area. It owns one quad core processor from Intel. But we don't know which model it is.

Just like Surface Pro 3, this Vaio tablet can connect with a keyboard and work as a laptop PC, of course, you can remove the keyboard to work as a tablet.

Regarding hosts on body, there is two USB3.0 ports, HDMI, Mini Display port, SDXC card reader, earphone jack and ADSL connector.

Though, this unit is very good, but it is quite impossible to be launched recently. And more important, it may be only available for sale in japan at beginning. As estimation, its price is about 1900 US dollars.

ARM has already cooperated with TSMC for the latest ARM 64 bit processor. Recently, ARM announced that it will make closer cooperation with TSMC for the latest 10nm FinFET process technology for 64 bit ARMv8-A processor. As estimation, it will be adopted in the 4th quarter of 2015 at soonest. At that moment, solution suppliers can design 64 bit ARM framework processor based on this 10nm FinFET technology.

This new technology will help processor reduce the power consumption, but enhance the performance. Or, it may help to reduce the unit size, or save more space.

But Intel still has a long lead on the process technology. As we know, Intel's 14nm processors have already been available for sale. There are several CPU adopting this 14nm technology. But we still can not see any chipset adopting 16nm from TSMC. Though TSMC announced that it will have 10nm chipset available in 4th quarter of 2015, but personally, I can quite suspect it.

Ramos i10S adopts one 10.1 inch IPS screen, screen resolution is 1920*1200 pixels. CPU is Intel Atom Z3735F quad core processor. RAM is 2GB. Unit owns one Intel HD Graphic Gen 7 GPU which can handle PC games, or software easily. The front camera is 2M pixels, and rear camera is 5M pixels. Its battery capacity is 9500Mah, it can last unit working for over 10 hours, and the standby time is over 10 days.

Though, this unit is already available for sale in Ontablets, but there is no stock for now. You can reserve it online, and delivery will be made in Oct.

Nowadays, 4K resolution is quite popular. In shopping mall, we can see a lot of 4K resolution TV set. But till now, most tablets can not play 4K videos smoothly. So what is a 4K video. It means the video resolution is 3840*2160 pixels. When Yuandao W8C is available, it is regarded as one tablet which can play 4K videos. Today, let's see its performance.

We have downloaded one MP4 video, resolution is 3840*2160 pixels, and 21695kbps. Video size is 450M. Video length is only about 3 minutes. We use the Windows Media Player to play this video. The testing result is the unit can play the video smoothly. and there is no cutting out problem.

Then we used another 4K video with same resolution. Video size is 855M, and video length is about 4 minutes. It also can be played on Yuandao W8C well.

This W8C adopts one 8 inch IPS screen from Samsung, screen resolution is 1280*800 pixels. The viewing angle is nearly 180 degree.

Now, in market, most tablets adopting ARM framework can not support 4K videos except some adopt RK3288 quad core processor. And more important, ARM framework can not support Windows OS, and it can not play as many video formats as Windows OS.

Compared with ARM framework, this W8C adopts the Windows 8.1 OS. It can meet your demand on office work, and entertainment as well.

Maybe you don't know Hisi. But you should know the Kirin processors. They are made by Hisi. Recently, TSMC announced that it cooperated with Hisi, succeeded in developing one network processor based on FinFET technology and ARM framework. This processor adopts the latest 16nm process technology from TSMC.

This 16nm FinFET technology can enhanced the processing speed and reduce power consumption dramatically, and reduce the current drain. Compared with old 28HPM technology, this 16FinFET can increase the gate density by 200%. In the same power consumption, its processing speed is 40% faster. If in same processing speed, its power consumption is reduced by 60%.

CEO of Hisi said, this chipset adopts ARM V8 framework, and integrates 32 cores A57. The frequency can be 2.6GHz.

The performance of this new chipset is about 3 times of the old one, and support virtualization, SDN and NFV. It can be widely adopted in base station, router, core network in future.
