New technology to extend battery life

Recently, one research team from USA developed one new system which can extend the battery life of smart phones by over 30%. This system can collect energy of radio signal given out by smart phones and recharge your mobile phone to extend battery life.

The key of this technology is how to collect radio signal nearby. This system can transform the radio signal and electromagnetic wave to DC current and recharge your battery. This technology will be adopted by some smart phone accessories, like cover case etc. It will analyse which part of the mobile phone gives out strongest radio signal. So it can save a lot of energy wasted when searching signal or wifi.

Now, the research team is look for financial support by crowd funding online. And we may see a smart phone cover case with this technology very soon. As estimation, such a smart phone case will be about 100 US dollars.
